Owner & Baker of Sweet Zoe
As you can tell, my name is Zoe and I’m passionate about baking.
As a child, my love for baking became evident, as I spent all my free time in the kitchen experimenting and baking for family and friends.
In 2016, with the support from my family and friends, I established Sweet Zoe’s to offer exquisite and delicious cakes and goodies for the community.
I have completed a Certificate IV in Patisserie and Certificate II in Hospitality and I am currently completing a Certificate III in Baking at William Angliss Institute.
My vision for Sweet Zoe is to share my love of baking with clients to create custom designs to fit any occasion and to provide high-quality and delicious baked goods that exceed expectations. I look forward to expanding Sweet Zoe and creating memorable treats to bring joy to customers around Melbourne.
C O L L A B O R A T I O N S
You may already know the challenges faced by small businesses in 2020 so I decided to change it up and offer the ever so popular, Sweet and Savoury Grazing Boxes. These boxes became convinient during the pandemic and clients were buying them as gifts, taking them to picnics with family and friends and home deliveries for special occasions.
Not only was I creating grazing boxes, I teamed up with a close friend Box It Grazing. Together we created the Grand Final Special Grazing Boxes, with a mix of ingredients and cupcakes topped with plaques of the two AFL finalists.
From grazing boxes to grazing tables, Sweet Zoe expanded catering services by offering Small Table catering filled with a variety of sweets for birthdays and events.
Baking For A Cause
In 2020 Sweet Zoe partook in the Baking For A Cause initiative, donating sweets to our front line workers during the pandemic.
Baking For a Cause was a pay it forward initiative to support small local businesses and give back to our health care workers in Melbourne Hospitals, who worked tirelessly during the pandemic. It was an awesome opportunity for the local community to get involved and an experience I was proud to be part of.
